It feels like fine lines are increasing as my skin dries out... Is it just me?

Lately, my skin has been getting drier, and my fine lines seem to be standing out more. I'm particularly concerned about the areas around my eyes and mouth. Even though I thought I was diligently moisturizing, it feels like there is a limit to what I can do. So, I'm considering getting hydration or firming treatments at a dermatology clinic. I became interested because I heard that consistent care is important, not just a one-time treatment. I've also heard that the moisture definitely lasts a long time after the treatment.
