My own skincare method

I'm writing about my own skincare routine.

When I was young, I thought it would be good to use a lot of good cosmetics.

I think I've tried quite a few products from famous brands that are said to be good. I think I used to apply 6 or 7 cosmetic products a day before going to sleep.

Now that a lot of time has passed, I realize that keeping it this way isn't bad, but I don't think it had as dramatic an effect as I had expected.

Considering the effects so far, drinking plenty of water and using cosmetics are important, but I think cleansing and thorough care are even more important.

Rather than applying a lot of cosmetics, it seems more effective to cleanse thoroughly, choose products that suit you and ensure they absorb well, apply just a moisturizer, eye cream, sunscreen, and a single essence, and visit a dermatologist occasionally.
