The fine dust was so bad today that I kept the windows closed, and now my skin feels stuffy.

The weather was nice so I aired out the house, and immediately my face started itching and turning red ㅠㅠ. If I just run the air purifier, the air inside the house feels stuffy... Is slathering on a soothing ampoule the answer in times like this? For those of you whose skin reacts sensitively to dust like mine, how did you take care of your skin today? Ha... I guess spring really has arrived lol.
