The Importance of Lifestyle Habits I Realized After My Skin Broke Out

Ugh... I was really depressed last week because my skin broke out completely. I wondered what the cause was, and it turned out I hadn't changed my pillowcase for way too long.

Since that day, I was so shocked that I put a towel on my pillow and change it every day, and it's amazing how the breakouts on my cheeks have noticeably decreased!!

As expected, basic lifestyle habits seem to be the most important thing, even more so than expensive procedures. I bought a 2-liter bottle of water to try and get into the habit of drinking, and I'm going to keep changing my habits until the day my skin regains its radiance.
