Drinking plenty of water really helps my skin~ I used to drink a lot of coffee, but now I'm trying to change my habits by cutting back on coffee and water. Haha. Now that I'm hydrated, my inner dryness definitely seems to have improved a little! Of course, it's a really subtle difference, but from now on, I'll make a conscious effort to drink more water!
