My third personal skincare method is drinking water frequently in small amounts.
In the past, I used to drink a lot at once or
When I was busy, I didn't really make sure to drink water at all.
Lately, I've been consciously trying to drink little by little throughout the day.
Especially a cup as soon as you wake up in the morning,
And I make sure to take at least a few sips whenever I remember in between.
Now that I've made this a habit
I felt less internal dryness and definitely noticed a reduction in skin tightness.
Overall, it seems like my skin condition is staying more stable!
And I understand that the recommended daily intake is 2L.
They say it's the biggest misconception lol You don't necessarily need to drink the full 2 liters.
This is because water intake is occurring through the food eaten in between meals.
You don't necessarily have to drink 2 liters of only bottled water. However, water little by little
