My 3rd Skin Care Method - Drinking Water Frequently in Small Amounts

My third personal skincare method is drinking water frequently in small amounts.

In the past, I used to drink a lot at once or
When I was busy, I didn't really make sure to drink water at all.
Lately, I've been consciously trying to drink little by little throughout the day.

Especially a cup as soon as you wake up in the morning,
And I make sure to take at least a few sips whenever I remember in between.

Now that I've made this a habit
I felt less internal dryness and definitely noticed a reduction in skin tightness.
Overall, it seems like my skin condition is staying more stable!

 

And I understand that the recommended daily intake is 2L.

They say it's the biggest misconception lol You don't necessarily need to drink the full 2 ​​liters.

This is because water intake is occurring through the food eaten in between meals.

You don't necessarily have to drink 2 liters of only bottled water. However, water little by little

    물 마시는 게 쉬워 보여도 막상 실천하긴 젤 어려운 거 같아요ㅋㅋ 벌써 3번째 방법이라니 관리 엄청 열심히 하시네요! 혹시 맹물 마시기 힘들 땐 티백 같은 거 넣어 마셔도 효과 똑같을까요? 저도 오늘부터 1리터 도전해 봅니다!
