Pico Fraxel and Secret Laser

I can visibly see the pores in my butterfly zone stretching vertically and my elasticity dropping sharply, so I am seriously considering laser treatment at a dermatology clinic.
I heard that cosmetics can never shrink already enlarged pores, so I’m thinking of making a big investment, but I’m confused because there are so many types of pore lasers.
I've seen a lot of posts in beauty forums saying that Pico Fraxel or Secret Laser are effective, so I'm curious which one is more effective for shrinking pores.
Also, since I have to go to work every day, my biggest concern is that if severe redness or unsightly scabs form immediately after the procedure, it might interfere with my daily life.
I desperately need genuine reviews from those who have experienced it, regarding whether it usually takes time to recover over the weekend enough to be covered with makeup by Monday morning after going to the hospital for treatment after work on Friday.
I can't ignore the pain during the procedure, so I want to honestly know in advance if it is painful enough to make me cry with a tingling sensation, even if I apply a generous amount of anesthetic cream, so that I can mentally prepare myself.
Also, I heard that you absolutely need multiple pore laser treatments for new skin to fill in. On average, how many sessions should I sign up for a package to see noticeable firmness?
