I keep feeling dryness inside my body. Is there a solution?

The surface of the skin seems fine, but
I'm someone who is really worried because I keep feeling dryness deep inside my body.

Even though I apply my basic skincare meticulously and take good care of my skin,
By the afternoon, my skin feels tight and my makeup cakes like crazy.

By any chance, does anyone have any methods that have been effective for relieving internal dryness?
I've been using a mist intermittently, but the effect only lasts for a moment, so I'm really worried.
