It feels like a mole is coming back where I had it removed...

I had a mole sticking out on my face about 3 millimeters in diameter that bothered me, so I had it removed with a laser...

After a few years... it feels like the spot is coming back when I touch it. Has anyone had a spot removed in the same place again? I'm curious if it keeps growing back even after removal.
