My skin is getting worse because the weather has gotten hot and the daily temperature fluctuations are so big.
I consider moisturizing for 3 seconds immediately after washing my face to be the most important thing.
Applying a mist or a light toner in the bathroom immediately after drying my skin with a towel helps reduce the inner dryness.
Also, I make sure to use a toner pack about twice a week. I soak a cotton pad generously with soothing toner and place it on my cheeks and forehead for just 5 minutes, and I can feel the heat in my skin instantly go down, so I think toner packs are really effective.
Lastly, I drink water frequently. I drink at least 1.5 liters a day.
I do have to go to the bathroom often, but I've definitely found that replenishing from within is just as important as applying products to the surface when it comes to tackling inner dryness.
It's not a huge difference, but it's better than my skin feeling tight and dry, so I should drink more water.
