Since my skin tends to be sensitive, I find that a "consistent, minimal" routine works best for me, rather than applying a lot of different products. Basically, after cleansing, I use a toner to refine my skin texture and tend to finish simply with just an essence and a moisturizer. However, I make sure to use a soothing mask about 2-3 times a week, and I skip exfoliation altogether when my skin is in bad condition. In the past, I tried all sorts of trendy products, but they often made my skin break out even worse, so now I stick to just a few products that suit me. Also, drinking plenty of water and getting enough sleep seems to have a bigger impact on the skin than I thought. If anyone has their own routine, please share it so I can use it as a reference!
