Has anyone had red spots on their face, possibly cherry angiomas, removed with a laser?

I have about five red spots on my face called cherry angiomas. People who see them for the first time have even thought I had chili powder stuck to my face and tried to pick them off, so it's actually quite stressful.

I looked it up, and it says this is caused by skin aging, and I think that's true. I used to have just one on my face, but seeing as it has increased...

Because of this spot, my skin doesn't look very clear even when I wear makeup... so I'm thinking of getting it removed. Has anyone had laser treatment for this? I'm curious if the recovery speed and procedure time are similar to regular mole removal.
