Has anyone seen results from a home-use modeling pack?

Since home skincare is the trend these days, I'm thinking about buying a modeling pack set.

I really love the cooling sensation at the end of my treatments at the dermatologist's, so I want to try it at home, but would it be too difficult to mix the powder and apply it by myself?

I'm hesitant because I heard it hardens quickly. I'm curious if the soothing and moisturizing effects are definitely better than sheet masks.

If anyone has used it, please let me know if there are any tips or precautions you would recommend! Will using it consistently really help improve skin texture?
