It is best to avoid the direct water stream from the shower as much as possible when washing your face. That is why I don't wash my face while showering; I only wash it at the sink.

Also, applying toner with a cold spatula as the first step of your skincare routine blocks heat transfer, making it effective for relieving redness. Before bed, stimulating the lymph nodes behind your ears with a cold spoon to reduce heat promotes regeneration overnight, resulting in a noticeably different skin condition the next day.
