Even after applying five skincare products every morning, my inner dryness isn't going away... Am I the only one?

Seriously, what's wrong with the weather these days? ㅠㅠ Ever since it rained, the wind is cold and dry, and my skin feels like it's going to crack. Even after slathering on a hydrating ampoule and plenty of cream, my face feels tight by the afternoon.. Would getting a skin booster help? Or should I just do face masks more diligently at home... lol. Please share your secrets if you've managed to escape dryness! I'm seriously going crazy ㅠㅠ
