I've been on a strict diet and drinking tons of protein shakes lately to bulk up, so I ended up getting breakouts on my chin. ㅠㅠ I looked it up and saw that excessive protein intake can cause that, so I adjusted my diet and drank plenty of water, and it's starting to subside. Skin really is honest, I guess. How do you guys who work out take care of your skin? Lately, I'm trying to at least put on a cooling pack every day. ㅎㅎ
