Has anyone seen results from the Rejuran home care device?

I'm too scared of the pain to go to the dermatologist for Rejuran injections... I've heard that home MTS devices and absorption aids are really good these days, so I've been browsing around lol. Honestly, will there be a big difference compared to getting them at the clinic? I think I'd use one consistently if I bought one, but I'm hesitating because I'm worried it might be a waste of money. If anyone has used one and feels it's worth the money, please recommend it!
