V-Oleit injection... does the swelling really last for more than a week?

I'm thinking about getting a consultation for V-Olelet because my double chin won't go away even with dieting, but I'm scared after reading the reviews where everyone says you turn into a 'toad' lol. Will it be too noticeable to get while working? I'm wondering if it will be covered up if I wear a mask. If I get it on Friday, including the weekend, will I be able to go to work on Monday?
