I'm trying to lean gain mass, but I'm getting small bumps on my chin, maybe because of the protein shakes... Ugh.

Lately, I've been on a strict diet and drinking tons of protein shakes to build muscle, and now I'm getting breakouts around my jawline. Gaining muscle is great, but it's upsetting that my skin is getting ruined. Has anyone else who works out experienced this? I'm also curious if lifting treatments like InMode wear off quickly if you sweat a lot, lol. It really isn't easy to balance working out and taking care of your skin!!
