Does Ultherapy really hurt a lot? I'm such a scaredy-cat that I'm even afraid to go for a consultation lol.

My skin elasticity is gradually decreasing, and while I've heard that Ulthera is amazing, I'm hesitant to even consider it after reading reviews about the pain. Is it bearable without general anesthesia? Or would Denserty or Shurink Universe be better since they are less painful? Natural results are the most important thing to me, so I don't want anything too excessive. I desperately need advice from those who have had lifting procedures before!
