My own skincare method

This weekend, I focused on home care that I had been putting off because I was too lazy and using busyness as an excuse.

Home care is nothing special.

Giving your skin a rest!

Since I have dry skin, I practice using a face mask every day.

I applied cosmetics with good ingredients—including beneficial, regenerating, and gentle ones—to my face, sprayed a mist frequently to replenish moisture, and took a nap. After all, restful sleep is essential for healthy skin.

And make sure to take Vitamin C and collagen supplements!

Topical Vitamin C is also effective.

It contains Vitamin C, so the cosmetic itself is a bit sticky, but it makes the skin soft and smooth.

Also, if you have dry skin, turn on a humidifier while you sleep. When you wake up in the morning, you will definitely feel less dryness and tightness from within your skin.

I've been watching a lot of dermatology YouTube videos lately, and the doctors all say the same thing: while procedures are important, consistency in daily home care is the key.

They said the treatment is temporary and advised me to find cosmetics with good ingredients that are helpful to me and apply them consistently.
