I started a skincare diet, and I think my skin has actually gotten better!

Back in the day, I used to slather on 5 or 6 steps of products—skin toner, lotion, essence, cream, and oil—like I was piling it on.

 

But actually, it felt like my skin couldn't breathe, and I started getting tiny pimples. So recently, I boldly cut my routine down to just two steps—toner and cream—and surprisingly, the breakouts subsided and my skin felt much more comfortable, which made me feel great.

 

It seems the saying "too much of a good thing is bad" is true after all. It really is important to apply only what is absolutely necessary, tailored to your skin type. I would like to recommend that you also check to see if you are applying too much.
