I recently discovered the true joy of working out!

Actually, I thought that exercising only made my body healthy, but...

Surprisingly, my skin was the first to react.

That soft, smooth feeling when washing your face after sweating... you all know what I mean, right?

I get much fewer breakouts, and since my complexion has become clearer, I feel so good every time I look in the mirror.

As expected, it seems like improving circulation from within the body is the best.

I usually do cardio in the evenings; let's share information and become skin beauties together.
