I think minimizing irritation as much as possible is good for the skin.

In the past, I used to diligently make sure to apply everything that was said to be good for the skin, from essences and creams to face masks, haha.

However, at some point, I realized that what makes the skin most comfortable is ultimately not irritating it.

I don't scrub my face until it's squeaky clean.

I reduced the number of cosmetics I use and only provided the essential moisture, and I can actually feel my skin barrier becoming stronger.

I also don't touch my face often with my hands.

Small habits like not exfoliating too often are much more important than expensive treatments.
