In the past, I used to strictly follow a 6- or 7-step skincare routine, applying everything from toner, ampoule, essence, lotion, moisturizing cream, to nourishing cream. But as the seasons changed, my face started breaking out and I got a ton of tiny bumps ㅠㅠ. So, after watching a dermatologist's YouTube video, I boldly started a 'cosmetic diet'! After washing my face and wiping it with a watery toner, I just apply a generous amount of skin barrier cream and that's it. It felt a bit tight at first, but after a week, my skin actually started glowing from within, and the tiny breakouts completely disappeared haha. Please don't apply too many products when your skin is breaking out!
