A one-line record of today's skin condition

Today, my chin feels unusually stuffy, and the area around my nose is slightly shiny. My skin hasn't broken out significantly overall, but it doesn't feel smooth; it feels a bit rough.

It was fine in the morning, but as the afternoon went by, my face started to look tired. Especially under lighting, a faint redness is also visible.

I think today is the right day to not get carried away with skincare, just do the basics, and go to bed early.
