Is Ulthera that sick?

I'm tempted by the effects of Ulthera, but everyone is complaining about pain all over. Is the pain really that severe?

I am looking into lifting procedures because of my sagging cheeks and nasolabial folds.

Everyone recommends Ulthera the most. It must be really effective, right?

But I looked up reviews and saw that people say it hurts, so I don't have the courage to try it.

Sudden hesitation...

I tend to be a bit of a drama queen...

For those of you who have received Ulthera, is it really painful enough to be hard to bear?

I am wondering if I can manage with just anesthetic cream, or if general anesthesia is absolutely necessary.
