What moisturizing cream or treatment do you use in the summer?

It looks shiny on the outside, but... I'd say it feels tight on the inside.

I'm worried because my skin feels dry even after applying moisturizer.

Do you have any tips for getting rid of inner dryness in the summer, or any recommended treatments and aftercare routines?
