A 3-Minute Cleansing Routine to Control Redness and Protect Elasticity!
Lately, I've been on a diet, and since I'm combining my diet with exercise, I think my skin has become even more sensitive.
Especially right after exercising, my face felt very hot and the flushing became more prominent, so I completely changed my facial cleansing routine.
First, wash your hands thoroughly, then cleanse your face with lukewarm water that isn't too hot, just lightly wiping away the dust. When using cleansing foam, lather it up nicely and wash your face without letting your palms touch your face directly; I've found that doing this reduces skin irritation and helps the redness subside quickly.
And for elasticity care, I finish by gently patting my face with slightly cool water to tighten my pores. My strict rule is to never rub my face when drying it with a towel; I always just pat it to remove the moisture! Applying moisturizer immediately after washing my face helps reduce inner dryness, and I definitely feel like my skin stays firm and supple. 🩵
