I found that just paying attention to a few small things in daily life makes a huge difference.

 

First of all, don't use a rough towel when drying your face after washing it.

Try gently patting with a disposable sponge or soft gauze.

Minimizing friction is the best way to soothe irritated skin.

After that, apply a moisturizing serum in thin layers several times to allow it to absorb.

I feel like my skin is getting firmer from the inside out.

I found that just breaking the habit of touching my face with my hands in daily life significantly reduced breakouts.

And changing the pillowcase often is actually a pretty good tip too lol

Since it touches the skin directly while you sleep, cleanliness is really important.
