Looking at my face, which has become noticeably dry lately, I find myself debating whether or not to use a face mask.

While driving this afternoon, I happened to catch a glimpse of my face in the rearview mirror, bathed in strong sunlight. It was quite upsetting to see that fine lines I used to overlook were unusually prominent, and I could immediately tell my skin texture had become rough. Perhaps because the weather suddenly turned chilly and I started using indoor heating, I feel like the tightness deep within my skin has worsened. So, I decided to take better care of my skin than usual, and the first thing that came to mind was the frequency of using face masks. I used to take it lightly, using them about once or twice a week. However, I suddenly wondered how I should adjust my mask usage schedule when the dryness is this severe. Some people say it's best to apply one every day, while others say I should keep my distance because it can irritate the skin, so I'm quite conflicted. Do you have your own personal standards for mask usage based on your skin condition? I'm also curious if you differentiate between using highly nourishing products and those focused on hydration. I would be very grateful if you could share your wise skincare tips.
