Due to the change of seasons, I have started getting small breakouts, so I have been applying retinol more thoroughly. Perhaps thanks to that, my skin seems to have calmed down a lot today, but now I feel like the redness is coming back.

It seems that as the weather gets hotter, heat is definitely rising in my face as well.

Starting today, I should use a cooling pack for my night care.
