I've really been enjoying going to the swimming pool lately, but whenever I come back, my hair and skin are a total mess. I was shocked because, perhaps due to the chlorine water, my hair has become so dry that I can't even comb it, and my face feels much tighter than usual.
So today, as soon as I got out of the shower, I decided to write a record. On days I go to the swimming pool, I find that I have to layer the hydration ampoule two more times than usual and apply a generous amount of hair mask just to get my hair to calm down.
After keeping a record, I realized there are days when I react particularly sensitively to the pool water. On days when I'm not feeling well, my skin definitely gets redder. As I continue to build up my data like this, I'm sure I'll be able to perfect my own 'pool routine' that allows me to enjoy my workout while protecting my skin, right?
