You know caffeine is bad for your skin, right?

I used to live on coffee.

Caffeine dehydrates the skin, so it is bad for it, and

I heard that it also interferes with sebum control, especially for those with sensitive, oily skin like mine.

Even though I try to wash my face gently and diligently layer moisture, I can't seem to get rid of the inner dryness, and I'm starting to wonder if it might be because of coffee.

So I reduced the amount a bit, and lo and behold, my skin texture became much clearer.

The flushing is still the same..

Still, I recommend it because it has the effect of brightening your complexion.
