💡 My Skin Condition Record Today - Day 15

Hello^^!!

We are finally nearing the end of Day 15 of my skin condition log~

What I've realized while keeping a record all this time is that skin doesn't change overnight.

So you meant it improves little by little, slowly, rather than getting better all at once, haha.
There were days in between when I felt sensitive and internal dryness flared up, but

Still, I think it was a meaningful time in its own way just because we held on without completely collapsing!

Especially these past few days, it feels like things are finding balance overall, even if not perfect.
I got the feeling that it would gradually become more stable.

Going forward, I won't be too impatient and will continue to carefully monitor my skin condition just like I am now.
I plan to continue managing things at my own pace haha.

It was a time when I learned a lot about myself while keeping a record for 15 days.
