Recording my skin condition today, belated regret after a round of golf

I guess I've been getting too much sun since I've been out on the course every weekend. When I checked my skin condition today, the blemishes on my cheekbones looked darker, and my face felt hot and flushed. Even though I applied sunscreen, the condition I recorded today seems quite serious. I think I need to complete the recommended sessions and get laser toning. Dads look old quickly these days if they don't take care of themselves, so even though it's a hassle, I plan to consistently keep this record to check my health. After all, I need to look young to be full of energy when dealing with guests.
