Is there a difference between domestic and imported Botox?

I'm looking into getting Botox these days, and I'm wondering if there is a big difference between domestic and imported products. I'm not sure if there is a noticeable difference in effectiveness or duration. The price difference seems quite significant, so I'm debating whether it's actually worth that much.
