I have a question about acne or boils in the groin area.

As the weather gets warmer, I'm getting pimple-like bumps in my groin area. Even though I apply ointment every time, they seem to pop up in the exact same spot. Should I visit a dermatologist?

Strangely enough, they grow around the folds, and I vaguely heard that you have to remove the roots for them not to grow back.

I feel a bit embarrassed and think it might hurt. I suspect there are quite a few people like me, so please share your experiences.
