Do you receive separate treatments for exfoliation?

I usually exfoliate at home.

My skin is sensitive to even slight irritation, so I have never received any separate treatments.

However, personally, I like home care-style exfoliation methods that can be done at home and

I was curious if there is a difference between the exfoliation treatments received at dermatology clinics and aesthetic centers.

If there is a way to exfoliate without irritation, I would like to try the procedure.

I definitely love how smooth my skin feels after exfoliating the accumulated dead skin cells.
