Does the InMode effect really show up dramatically?

I feel like my jawline keeps sagging, so I'm looking into lifting treatments, and I heard that InMode is famous.

My friend says they really saw great results from InMode,

There are some people who say they wasted all their money because they saw no results at all, and some others.
