I'm considering getting Pico Toning treatment!

Hello~ I am writing this post because I am worried that melasma and blemishes keep appearing around my cheekbones since I spend a lot of time outdoors...

There is a limit to how much I can cover it with concealer, and my complexion looks dull, so I am looking for a clinic to get Pico Toning treatment to achieve a clearer finish. I have heard a lot about how good it is for pigmentation, but I am curious about the level of pain involved.
