Potenza, known as the "pore eraser." Who is recommended to use Potenza?

I have tried all kinds of primers and foundations in an attempt to fill in my pores, but they all failed. Eventually, I decided to turn to medical help and am seriously considering the Potenza, a needle radiofrequency device.

However, I am very sensitive to pain and have thin skin, so I am extremely scared about whether I will be able to withstand the procedure. By any chance, would someone with thin skin like me qualify for Potenza recommendations, allowing them to receive treatments and dream of having smooth, peeled skin?
