My skin tone is dull; will Pico Toning be very expensive?

It is stressful because everyone asks if I am sick whenever I look in the mirror due to my sallow complexion. I also have some blemishes, so I am thinking of taking this opportunity to sign up for about 10 sessions of Pico Toning.
