Has anyone actually seen results from hair loss treatments (SMP, injections, etc.)?

Lately, my hair has gotten noticeably thinner and the crown of my head looks sparse.
I get incredibly stressed every time I look in the mirror. (Mid-40s)

At first, I tried using hair loss shampoos and taking supplements, but
