Does the butterfly zone pore treatment tend to take a long time?

The pores on my nose and the surrounding butterfly zone are getting progressively larger, to the point where I cannot apply makeup without primer. I also tend to have excessive sebum production, so my skin looks like an orange peel, which is causing me a lot of stress. Therefore, before it is too late, I plan to visit a dermatologist to receive a professional pore treatment program. I am thinking of stopping by the clinic after work on a weekday, and I would like to know approximately how long the pore treatment takes, from anesthesia to the finishing mask. I would like to know the actual treatment time, excluding waiting time. If it takes too long, I will have to make a separate appointment for the weekend, so I would like to coordinate the schedule in advance. I would also appreciate it if you could let me know if severe redness immediately after the treatment will interfere with going to work the next day.
