I'm hesitating about getting a treatment for blemishes.

Just like the title says, I have a lot of blemishes on my face.

I have a lot of tiny, pimple-like bumps, especially around my eyes. They are scattered here and there rather than spread out widely, but I am considering laser treatment or blemish removal. The strange thing is, I feel like as soon as they go away, the same amount comes back. So I always have to deal with them.

I also have them on the tip of my nose and around my cheekbones. I'm not sure why. One thing is for sure, they don't seem like acne. There is something hard inside, so they look similar to pore sacs. That is why I am considering getting a treatment for blemishes. Since I work, I'm worried about scarring, and I'm curious about the effectiveness and the treatment time. I'm not too concerned about the cost, but since I don't usually go to a dermatologist, I'm unsure what to do.
