Questions and Concerns Regarding Exfoliation Care

Interestingly, my face is oily, but my heels and hands are dry. So I’ve always been interested in exfoliation, and looking at this community, I found that there are quite a few people who are interested in it just like me.

Fortunately, the calluses on my heels have eased a bit now that winter is over. Has anyone tried getting callus care at a dermatology clinic and would know how much it costs?

My hands are usually dry, so hand cream is essential, but the severe dead skin cells between my nails are incredibly uncomfortable. I know some dead skin is necessary to walk without hindering movement, but I still really want to get regular exfoliation treatments. Please share your thoughts in the comments regarding the optimal frequency for effective results, as well as the time and cost involved. I would also appreciate it if you could let me know which locations are good.
