My skin is a complete mess because I slept in and ate late-night snacks all throughout the holidays.

My sleep schedule got completely messed up while I was resting for a few days. I went on a chicken and beer binge every night while watching Netflix, and I seriously almost screamed when I looked in the mirror this morning lol. I got two hard, pus-filled pimples on my chin, and my whole face feels so dry and rough that my foundation is caking everywhere ㅠㅠ Skin really doesn't lie. Starting today, I'm cutting out late-night snacks immediately and beginning to drink 2 liters of water.
