How many days of downtime is there if I get the Potenza scar tip?

My pores on my nose and butterfly zone have sagged so much vertically that makeup gets stuck in them every time I apply it. I heard that Potenza, which involves needles, is a surefire way to shrink pores and scars, so I'm looking into it. However, since it involves sticking needles into my face, I'm worried the redness will last a very long time. As a working professional, I'm wondering if getting it on Friday evening would allow me to cover it up with makeup by the time I go to work on Monday! To those of you who have had Potenza, please let me know how long it takes to return to your normal daily routine.
