Which is better for shrinking pores, Poten or PicoFraxel? ㅠㅠ

My pores in my butterfly zone have gotten longer vertically, and foundation is starting to settle right into them. Even primer isn't enough, so I'm looking into treatments. I heard that Poten and PicoFraxel, which involve needles, are famous. I'm a total wimp who can't tolerate even the slightest bit of pain, so between the two, which one is the least painful and tightens pores the best? Please, those of you who have experience, help me out!
